Unleash your inner beast. APEX is a primal, bodyweight-only workout inspired by movements from the animal kingdom.
Originally developed for elite athletes and the armed forces, Apex is a high-intensity interval training style that builds mobility, agility, strength, and cardio endurance. Every class draws from over 100 unique movements that push both major and minor muscle groups while testing your aerobic and anaerobic systems.

War Zone

FOCUS is a high-energy group fitness class in Feilding that blends cardio conditioning with boxing-inspired training.
It’s all about improving fitness, burning calories, and letting off steam in a fast-paced session that challenges both body and mind.
No boxing experience needed – just show up ready to move, sweat, and have some fun.
Rapid Fire
Short bursts, big results. RAPID FIRE is a full-body Tabata workout built on 20 seconds of all-out effort followed by 10 seconds of rest. Don’t be fooled by the quick intervals – this class will spike your heart rate, light up your muscles, and test your grit from start to finish. It’s fast, fiery, and seriously addictive.
